Courciers was established in 1912.
We are the oldest Estate Agent in South Norwood and have a history of
providing good quality customer service and a professional attitude to our
customers and the local community.
Over the years there have been many
changes in the world and in South Norwood and we have continued to adapt to
meet our customers’ changing needs.
In early 2006 a major change has
taken place for Courciers moving to new premises on the corner of Station
Road and Cargreen Road after 94 years in the same location. Our new
premises have been fully refurbished and state of the art technology,
including our own .com website, has been installed and we are now one of the
brightest and up-to-date Estate Agents in a ideal corner location just
outside Norwood Junction Station.
Our experience and knowledge of the
local area over the years has enabled us to give our customers the best
advice on buying and selling their properties. We can also help with
clients wishing to build up an investment portfolio.
